For week two of our newest blog series, we would like to introduce you to Aubrey, fashion and Lifestyle blogger of @thedandyliar & @thedandyliarhome.
“My style ranges from trendy to classic, feminine to edgy and colorful to monochromatic.” Aubrey has spent more than a decade in the fashion industry.
First as a style forecaster and wardrobe stylist in LA and Dallas to then branching out and starting her Fashion + Lifestyle blog. Not only does Aubrey inspire her loyal readers and followers’ with unique, feminine, and fashion-forward outfits, she also opens up her home to them with tips for interior design, health + wellness, and more! Aubrey is known for mixing affordable pieces with higher-end investment pieces.
She can be seen mixing feminine patterns and bold colors with edgy shoes and accessories. Aubrey often takes her experience with fashion forecasting to share what she sees coming next in the ever-evolving world of fashion. One unique thing about Aubrey is her love for jewelry and jewelry design. She is often found rocking large statement earing with her signature stacking rings. When picking pieces for our annual magazine, it was no surprise that Aubrey chose pieces that made a statement.
Many of her picks could be described as a bold mix of edgy and feminine from brands such as King Baby, David Yurman, and Ippolita. The combination worked together seamlessly. Looking back at the pieces she chose, she had this to say: “Even for a bold dresser like myself, King Baby was outside of the box; but I enjoy discovering collections that push the proverbial envelope and me out of my comfort zone.”
