At BC Clark, we make buying online risk-free with the guaranteed assurance of our return policy.
We want you to be happy with your online purchase, so if for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition for a refund or an exchange up to thirty (30) days from the original purchase date. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment of the original purchase.
Items that are returned during the thirty (30) days which are not in original condition, or are missing parts, may be subject to a restocking fee or no refund, determined at the discretion of BC Clark Jewelers. This may include special order items (custom), items with custom engraving or sizing, items that have been worn or are in unsaleable condition.
Any shipping fees are non-refundable unless the reason for the return is due to an error of BC Clark Jewelers or a defective product.
You may return an item to any of our three locations or by mail. To return an item by mail, please enclose a copy of the receipt as well as a reason for the return, insure the package, and ship to:
